Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 19, 2026
1. Who We Are
SABRONMBC LLC ("SABRONMBC", "we", "us", or "our") is a software consulting and development firm located at 113 S. Perry Street, Suite 206 #11712, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, USA. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website, sabronmbc.com (the "Site").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Site; software products and client engagements are governed by their own agreements.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name, and message you provide. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and the page you subscribed from. If you apply to work with us, we collect the information you include in your note or resume.
Chat. If you use the chat widget, the messages you send are processed automatically to generate responses. Conversations may be stored together with any contact details you volunteer in them so we can follow up. Please do not share sensitive personal information (health, financial account, government ID) in the chat.
Information collected automatically. When you submit a form we record request context used for spam prevention and attribution: your IP address, browser user-agent, the referring page, and campaign parameters (UTM tags). Our web server and hosting infrastructure also keep standard technical logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and reliability.
Analytics. We use Umami, a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). It does not use advertising cookies, does not build cross-site profiles, and does not track you across other websites.
Local storage. The Site stores a single preference (your light/dark theme choice) in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and provide requested information; send the newsletter you signed up for; evaluate potential engagements and follow up about projects you express interest in; operate, secure, and improve the Site (including spam prevention and debugging); and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or profiling.
4. Legal Bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on: your consent (newsletter subscriptions, which you can withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries, securing the Site, and understanding aggregate usage; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and only as needed to operate the Site: transactional email delivery (to send you replies and confirmations), our self-hosted newsletter system (to deliver the newsletter), the conversation-processing service behind the site chat, and our hosting infrastructure, which we manage ourselves.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected information.
6. Data Retention
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business records. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
Your information is stored on infrastructure we manage directly. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and routine security practices to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information in line with industry practice.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Newsletter: every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.
Access, correction, deletion: you can email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, and within any timeframe required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or US state privacy laws (for example, the right to data portability or the right to opt out of "sales" of personal information — noting that we do not sell personal information). We honor such requests regardless of where you are located.
9. Children
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be processed and stored in the US, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, GitHub). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; review their policies separately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page, and the updated policy applies from that date forward.
